License Manager Showing Asia/Pacific Localizations (JA) as 'Not Licensed'.

How to get it Licensed ?

Please do the following:

• Go to SYSADMIN responsibility / Oracle Application manager / License Manager / Country Specific Localization.
• Select Singapore
• Retest your issue.
