Ora-12547: tns:lost contact 12c

We are unable to access the jdbc url and sql developer after configuring E-Business suite R12.2.5

Error:

I/O Error: Connection Reset
ora-12547: tns:lost contact 12c

Fix:

Backup the sqlnet.ora file from both DB and Apps side and comment the below parameters.

#tcp.validnode_checking = yes
#tcp.invited_nodes=(hostname)
